How does the hirer check actually work?

Once you're a member, you log in, type in a hirer's driving licence number, and the system tells you whether other rental companies have reported them. If they have, you see what happened — non-payment, damage, fraud, vehicle not returned, etc.
Who can join?

Only verified UK rental and hire company owners. You sign up, our admin team checks you're a real business, and once you're approved you can pay for a plan.
What's the difference between Silver and Gold?

Silver (£15/mo) gives you unlimited database checks and the ability to add reports. Gold (£30/mo) gives you all of that plus access to our private WhatsApp group where owners help each other out — passing customers, finding cars, sharing recoveries, etc.
What if I want to report a bad hirer?

You submit the report with the hirer's details and evidence (photos, contracts, messages, PCN, etc.). Our admins review it before it appears in the database, so nothing fake or unfair makes it through.
Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel whenever you want and your access stops at the end of the month. No long contracts.
Is my data safe?

Yes. Everything is encrypted, GDPR compliant, UK hosted, and only visible to verified members of the network.
